Small Crochet Pieces
For past few days I was playing with crochet hook and shuttles.I have done one sling bag and Nima helped me in this.Thank u Nima
I have tried one Bookmark from crochetroo
And some granny squares,it is very interesting to do granny squares because of it various colours and easy also
I dont know what to do ,bag or shawl or something else, but I decided to keep on working in this from left over threads
And some tatting pieces

RECEIPE FOR MIXTURE
MIXTURE (White Mixture or Maida Mixture)
Ingredients
Maida ½ kg
Salt
Ajwain 2tsp
Oil 1ltr (steam maida in a pressure cooker without water for half an hour)
cashew25g
groundnut 25g
uraddal powder 2tsp
rice powder 2tsp
Water
Ompudi
In the boiling water put Ajwain for 5 min.,
Mix Maida,salt and Ajwain water 2 teaspoon oil
Make it as chappathi dough
press it in Ompudi design plate.
Boondhi
Mix maida and salt prepare this dough as Bajji doughand pour this inti Boondhi plate
Karasev
Mix maida,salt 2 teaspoon urad dal powder 2 teaspoon rice powder make this as chappathi dough and rub in boondhi plate
Put 25 gms of cashew and groundnut in microoven for 2 minutes
Finally,
Mix all together add white pepper powder and curry leaves.
For groundnut remove the skin.
Please note:In a new cloth put maida and in cooker pour water in bottom and put the maida in a vessel for ½ hour in a medium flame

New Comb
Suger ¾ kg for syrup
Food colours
Rose and Vanilla Essence
Mix Maida ,Butter and divide into four equal parts
Add colours for this four parts
Prepare small balls and with comb rub that small ball it will come as a sankh shape
put all this into low flame oil
Put sugar with water and prepare syrup(for 1 cup sugar add half cup water)
Put all the fried sankh shape balls in suger syrup,add essence
After 5min., take all balls into a separate plate.

FOOD COMPETITION
Once in a year in my Apartment they conduct Food Competition in our ladies club.This year the title is Maida.I have prepared White Mixture or Maida Mixture and I got First Prize in it.I made sweet item also it is called Gems.The pictures are below,
